Views From the Top
Shooting sunrise from the summit of Mt St Helens I was drawn in to the layers of hills and mountains. I shot this telephoto view looking towards the Goat Rocks area. In my database I have this in the Abstract/Pattern category so I'll stick with that here :-) Nikon F5, Velvia film.

commented over 1 year agoThanks everyone for the kind words, it means a lot to me. Thanks Jim, that is what I was going for when I shot this. I used my 80-400 to get in tight and compress the distance letting the light become the main subject. Thanks again everyone.
